  • Donations: Information collected via Give Lively (our secure third-party donation processor).
  • Volunteering: Information collected via Volunteer Houston or our internal volunteer interest forms.
  • Mailing List: Information provided when you opt-in to our newsletter via Bloomerang.

  • Process bike requests and coordinate distributions.

  • Consent: Consent for SMS is obtained directly from you (e.g., via our intake forms or Google Form opt-ins).
  • No Sharing of Mobile Data: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
